FREE SHIPPING
Retail customers with orders over $150 can use code FREESHIP150 at checkout for free standard economy shipping. Free shipping does NOT apply to wholesale customers or to expedited shipping.
ZWAVEPRODUCTS SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and dimensions of your order.
Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our standard service.All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Portage, MI.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
For shipping to Canada, we ship mostly using UPS and your will be charged the actual cost of shipping. Cost will be calculated based on package weight and your location in Canada.
All other countries are calculated on costs to ship USPS or UPS Worldwide Expedited.
If you have questions about an international order, please contact customerservice@zwaveproducts.com for a shipping estimate. Please note, shipping outside the US may be subject to duties, taxes, brokerage fees and any other charges levied by your destination country. These charges are outside of our control and vary from country to country.
ZWAVEPRODUCTS PROCESSING TIME
Orders received by 12pm ET (Monday-Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders received after 12pm ET or on Saturday and Sunday are normally processed the next business day.
SECURITY
For your own security, we may cancel orders placed on zwaveproducts.com if the billing address, credit card expiration date and/or the security code doesn’t match your credit card statement.
Our credit card security department reviews all orders thoroughly. If we suspect credit card fraudulent activity, we may reach out to you by phone for additional information such as picture ID. Examples of orders flagged for review are those with mismatched billing and shipping addresses, international orders and large orders requiring an overnight shipment. If flagged for a fraudulent activity your order may be delayed in processing.
